Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours prior to your clean. Bookings canceled before 48 hours will be fully refunded. Bookings Canceled 48 hours prior to your scheduled clean or later will not be refunded. You have the option to reschedule your cleaning for another day. If cleaners aren't able to gain access to the home or reach you once we came out to the home after 15 mins of waiting your cleaning will be canceled and you will not be refunded. You will have the option to reschedule.
